151 Swizzle
Material Components
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce sugar syrup
- 1 1/2 ounces black blended overproof rum
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 6 drops pernod
- 8 ounces crushed ice
Vessel
metal swizzle cup or pilsner glass
Garnish
freshly grated nutmeg and a cinnamon stick
Preparation
- Put everything in a blender.
- Blend at high speed for five seconds.
- Pour unstrained into a metal swizzle cup or pilsner glass.
- If necessary, add more crushed ice to fill.
- Dust with nutmeg and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
