Aurora Bora Borealis

Material Components

  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce coconut cream
  • 1/4 ounce orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon orgeat syrup
  • 1 ounce aged pot still rum
  • 1 ounce lightly aged column still rum
  • 4 ounces crushed ice

Preparation

  1. Put everything into a blender.
  2. Blend for at least 15 seconds.
  3. Pour unstrained into a chilled coupe.

Notes

It takes a few drinks, but eventually you can see beautiful bands of color across even the most southern of skies.
