Material Components

  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce blue Curaçao
  • 1/4 ounce sugar syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka

Preparation

  1. Shake well with plenty of crushed ice.
  2. Pour unstrained into a tall glass.

Notes

Escape to paradise and let this gentle blue surf wash you away.

Some people give this recipe a hard time, but to me, it tastes like vacation.
