Material Components

  • 3 chunks fresh pineapple
  • 2 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/4 ounces honey mix
  • 3/4 ounce aged pot still rum
  • 3/4 ounce black blended overproof rum
  • 1 1/2 ounces aged blended rum
  • 1 1/2 ounces aged column still rum
  • 1 1/2 ounces club soda

Preparation

  1. Put pineapple chunks, honey, and lime and pineapple juices in a blender.
  2. Blend without ice until pineapple is liquified.
  3. Pour this mixture unstrained into a hollowed-out pineapple filled with crushed ice.
  4. Add rums and soda.
  5. Stir vigorously until well chilled, then serve.

Notes

Nothing says beach vacation like a drink in a pineapple. You can almost hear the surf and feel the sand between your toes after the first sip.
