Carioca Hawaiian Cocktail
Material Components
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 ounces lightly aged column still rum
- 1 dash Angostura bitters

Preparation
- Shake with ice cubes.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
Notes
Can't go wrong with a pineapple daiquri. This one is light and refreshing.
Made with Bacardi Superior Heritage 1909, but next time I'd like something a little funkier, like Probitas.
