Material Components
- 3 ounces pineapple juice
- 3/4 ounce coffee liqueur
- 1/4 ounce aged column still rum
Vessel
pilsner or fluted specialty glass
Garnish
chunk of pineapple and three cocktail cherries, speared with a Jolly Roger flag
Preparation
- Shake well with crushed ice.
- Pour unstrained into a pislner or specialty glass.
- Add more crushed ice to fill, if necessary.
Notes
Being stranded on a desert island never tasted so good.
