Cesar's Rum Punch

Material Components

  • 2 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce grenadine
  • 1 teaspoon sugar syrup
  • 3 drops Angostura bitters
  • 2 ounces rhum agricole vieux

Vessel

Collins glass or parfait glass

Garnish

pineapple wedge speared to a cocktail cherry, lime and orange wheels, and a mint sprig

Preparation

  1. Shake with ice cubes.
  2. Strain into a Collins glass or parfait glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge speared to a cockail cherry, lime and orange wheels, and a mint sprig.
