Material Components
- 3 ounces orange juice
- 2 ounces fresh lemon juice
- 1 ounce sugar syrup
- 1 ounce passion fruit syrup
- 1 1/2 ounces aged pot still rum
- 1 1/2 ounces lightly aged column still rum

Preparation
- Shake well with ice cubes.
- Pour into a large snifter.
- Add more ice to fill.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
Notes
The other night I broke quarantine to hang out with my good friend, Lapu Lapu. He's a ton of fun as long as you don't bring up Spanish colonialists.
I used Coruba Dark and Bacardi Superior Heritage 1909 in this one. Coruba is great for the price, but something with a little more age would work nicely, as well.
