Notes
Colonel Beach was "punching" above his rank with this 1930s version of the plantation classic.
For rums, I used Plantation Xaymaca, Bacardi 8, and Hamilton 86 this time around. The Fever Tree ginger beer I had on hand is very spicy and came through a little strong, but the overall effect was still great.
