Notes
The Grog Log entry for the Coronado Luau Special had me stumped. Beachbum Berry's description didn't include a word about garnish, but the accompanying photo is a riot of citrus, tropic leaves, flowers, and more. I felt I couldn't try the drink without an attempt at recreating that captivating explosion of color and Tiki style. Well I'm happy to say that I finally worked up the nerve, because the drink itself is special, indeed.
I used Plantation Xaymaca and Bacardi's Gran Reserva 10 in this beauty. It was almost a shame to drink it, but that doesn't mean it lasted very long.
