- Shake with ice cubes.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
Notes
This is the holy trinity of Tiki in its purest form: rum, lime, sugar, and nothing else. Originating in Cuba, the classic daiquiri is a quick, simple drink that never fails to please.
It's a great drink for learning about different rums, since there's not much else to get in the way. One of my favorites for a classic daiquiri is Denizen Aged White Rum.
