Don's Special Daiquiri

Material Components

  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce honey mix
  • 1/2 ounce passion fruit syrup
  • 1/2 ounce lightly aged column still rum
  • 1 ounce lightly aged pot still rum

Preparation

  1. Shake with ice cubes.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe.

Notes

Leave it to Donn Beach to complicate the simplest Tiki drink, adding honey, passion fruit, and an extra rum to the daiquiri template. But there's no arguing with results!
