Eastern Sour

Material Components

  • 2 1/2 ounces orange juice
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce orgeat syrup
  • 1/4 ounce sugar syrup
  • 2 ounces bourbon

Vessel

double old fashioned glass or short-stemmed goblet

Garnish

lime wedge, maraschino cherry speared to a pineapple chunk, and a dried hibiscus flower

Preparation

  1. Shake with plenty of crushed ice.
  2. Pour unstrained into a double old fashioned glass or short-stemmed goblet.
  3. Sink spent orange and lemon shells into drink.
