Flaming Coffee Grog

Material Components

  • 3/4 ounce black blended overproof rum
  • 1/4 ounce Grand Marnier
  • 3 teaspoons coconut cream
  • 6 ounces coffee
  • 1 twist orange peel
  • 1 twist lemon peel
  • 2 cloves

Preparation

  1. In a heatproof dish or saucepan, heat, then ignite cloves, lemon and orange peels, Grand Marnier, and rum.
  2. Fill a pre-heated mug with hot coffee.
  3. Stir in the coconut cream.
  4. Spoon the flaming mixture on top.
  5. Garnish with the cinnamon stick.
