Material Components

  • 2 ounces fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ounce orange juice
  • 1/2 ounce orgeat syrup
  • 2 ounces lightly aged column still rum
  • 1 ounce brandy
  • 1/2 ounce gin
  • 1/2 ounce cream sherry

Preparation

  1. Shake everything—except sherry—with ice cubes.
  2. Pour unstrained into a Fog Cutter mug.
  3. If necessary, add more ice to fill.
  4. Float sherry.

You'll be seeing clearly (but double) with this classic concoction of rum, gin, brandy, sherry, lemon, and orgeat.
