Notes
I debated making this drink, since it's named after some old racist movies. But the name Fu Manchu is in the public consciousness thanks to the (excellent) mustache worn by the titular character, and it's worthwhile to acknowledge its problematic past.
That said, it's a surprisingly good drink! The crème de menthe is pretty subtle if you're worried about it, and complimented nicely by the other flavors. Bottom line: enjoy the drink; don't be racist.
