Material Components

  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce triple sec
  • 1/2 ounce falernum
  • 1 ounce lightly aged column still rum
  • 6 ounces crushed ice

Preparation

  1. Put everything in a blender.
  2. Blend at high speed for five seconds.
  3. Pour unstrained into a tulip glass.
  4. If necessary, add ice to fill.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple spear and an orchid.
