Hawaii Kai Treasure

Material Components

  • 2 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce white grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 ounce half and half
  • 1/2 ounce orange Curaçao
  • 1/2 ounce orgeat syrup
  • 1/2 ounce honey mix
  • 1 1/2 ounces lightly aged column still rum
  • 8 ounces crushed ice

Preparation

  1. Put everything into a blender.
  2. Blend at high speed for ten seconds.
  3. Pour unstrained into a Tiki bowl.
  4. Garnish with a gardenia.

Notes

Originally served with a pearl concealed among the petals of the gardenia, the Hawaii Kai Treasure is no less precious without it. It is, in fact, a gift from the gods.
