Hawaiian Room
Material Components
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
- 1/2 ounce Applejack
- 1/2 ounce triple sec
- 1 ounce lightly aged column still rum

Preparation
- Shake well with plenty of ice cubes.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
Notes
The flavor of Applejack doesn't exactly scream Hawaii to me, but it really tied the room together in this 1940s recipe from the Lexington Hotel's own Hawaiian Room in New York.
Rum used: Bacardi Superior Heritage 1909.
