Hot Tiger's Milk

Material Components

  • 1 1/2 ounces lightly aged column still rum
  • 1 tablespoon Tiger's Milk batter
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 strip orange peel
  • 4 ounces hot water

Preparation

  1. Place rum, batter, peel, and cloves in a heat-resistant mug.
  2. Pour in boiling hot water and stir.
  3. Serve immediately.

Notes

Not for the faint of heart (or the lactose intolerant), this steamy brew comes straight from the tiger's teat!

For Tiger's Milk batter, cream 0.25 ounce softened butter and 0.25 ounce clover honey with 1 ounce sweetened coconut cream. Rum used: Privateer Amber Queen's Share.
