- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce pineapple juice
- 1/2 ounce orgeat syrup
- 2 ounces gin
- 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

Preparation
- Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill with crushed ice.
- Shake and open pour into a double old fashioned glass.
- Garnish with an edible orchid and maraschino cherries.
- Substitute a blended aged rum for the gin to make a Lauwiliwilinukunuku'oi'oi.
