  • 3/4 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce orgeat syrup
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill with crushed ice.
  3. Shake and open pour into a double old fashioned glass.
  4. Garnish with an edible orchid and maraschino cherries.
  5. Substitute a blended aged rum for the gin to make a Lauwiliwilinukunuku'oi'oi.
