Material Components

  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 2 ounces aged pot still rum
  • 2 ounces champagne
  • 1/4 ounce cognac
  • 1/4 ounce orgeat syrup
  • 1/4 ounce sugar syrup
  • 1 teaspoon sloe gin
  • 1 teaspoon Cointreau
  • 1 teaspoon créme de cacao
  • 1 teaspoon port wine
  • 1 teaspoon Italian vermouth

long sliver of fresh pineapple and four cocktail cherries

Preparation

  1. Pour everything—except champagne—into a tall frosted glass packed with crushed ice.
  2. Stir to chill.
  3. Top with champagne.
  4. Garnish with a long sliver of fresh pineapple, stuck with four picks, with a cocktail cherry on each.
