- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 2 ounces aged pot still rum
- 2 ounces champagne
- 1/4 ounce cognac
- 1/4 ounce orgeat syrup
- 1/4 ounce sugar syrup
- 1 teaspoon sloe gin
- 1 teaspoon Cointreau
- 1 teaspoon créme de cacao
- 1 teaspoon port wine
- 1 teaspoon Italian vermouth

long sliver of fresh pineapple and four cocktail cherries
Preparation
- Pour everything—except champagne—into a tall frosted glass packed with crushed ice.
- Stir to chill.
- Top with champagne.
- Garnish with a long sliver of fresh pineapple, stuck with four picks, with a cocktail cherry on each.
