Notes

You need pimento dram (allspice liqueur) in your life, trust me. This cocktail is a nice, easy way to add some Jamaican spice (and funk, courtesy of the pot still rum) to what is no doubt, by this point in the COVID-19 lockdown, your nightly daiquiri.

Purists will have to forgive me for using Probitas rum for this one, since it's only half Jamaican. But it's one of my favorite light rums and has plenty of that pot still funk.
