- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 ounce lightly aged column still rum
- 1 1/2 ounces Bénédictine

Preparation
- Shake with ice cubes.
- Strain into a small goblet filled with fresh crushed ice.
Notes
One of the drinks served aboard the Matson Line's SS Mariposa as it cruised the South Pacific, the Lani-Honi is the perfect excuse to stock a bottle of Bénédictine. It's quite good, and simple enough that you can whip one up on a whim.
Rum used: Privateer New England White Rum.
