- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/4 ounce sugar syrup
- 2 1/2 ounces coconut rum

Preparation
- Shake well with ice cubes.
- Pour unstrained into a ceramic coconut mug.

The recipe calls for coconut rum, and tempted as you may be to substitute for a Coco Lopez/rum combination, resist! Good old Malibu works perfectly here.
