Luau Scorpion

Material Components

  • 2 ounces orange juice
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce sugar syrup
  • 2 ounces aged column still rum
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce brandy
  • 3/4 ounce orgeat syrup
  • 8 ounces crushed ice

Serves 2

Preparation

  1. Put everything in a blender.
  2. Blend at high speed for five seconds.
  3. Pour unstrained into a Tiki bowl
  4. Add ice cubes to fill.
  5. Garnish with a gardenia.

Notes

There are many species of arachnid, but few are as dangerous (or as fun at parties) as this one.
