Lychee Nut Daiquiri
Material Components
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 ounce lychee nut puree
- 1 1/2 ounces Maraschino liqueur
- 2 ounces lightly aged column still rum

Preparation
- Shake with plenty of ice cubes.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
Notes
Board a junk and sail the South China Sea! With a hold full of these sweet, floral fruits, no one will notice if a few make their way into the blender. Besides, smuggling is thirsty work!
I used Flor de CaƱa 4 Year in this, and while it didn't hurt anything, it didn't add much either. In the future I'll go with my trusty Bacardi Superior Heritage 1909 (at least until I run out).
