Material Components

  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce Maraschino liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce orgeat syrup
  • 1/2 ounce blue Curaçao
  • 1 ounce rhum agricole vieux
  • 1 ounce lightly aged column still rum

Garnish

Preparation

  1. Shake with ice cubes.
  2. Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with green and red maraschino cherries skewered on a marlin swizzle stick.

Notes

Blue cocktails get a bad rap, but this one will have you drinking like a fish.

Rums used: Rhum Barbancourt 8 Year and Angostura White Oak.
