Notes
Miehana, the "God of the Orange Grove" was created for a 1996 exhibit of Polynesian Pop-style in Anaheim, and his namesake drink is no less than divine.
My hubris led me to try a version of this with cream of coconut and rum instead of coconut rum, but it was a pale imitation. Stick with the Malibu for this one!
