Missionary's Downfall

Material Components

  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce peach brandy
  • 1 ounce honey mix
  • 1 ounce lightly aged column still rum
  • 2 ounces fresh pineapple
  • 2 ounces mint leaves
  • 6 ounces crushed ice

the tip of a mint sprig (three or four leaves on a short stem)

Preparation

  1. Put everything in a blender.
  2. Blend at high speed for 20 seconds.
  3. Pour into chilled coupes.
  4. Garnish with the tip of a mint sprig, placed in the center of the drink.
