Material Components
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce Demerara sugar syrup
- 5 mint leaves
- 3 ounces aged blended rum

Preparation
- Swizzle everything in a double old fashioned glass partly filled with crushed ice.
- Add more crushed ice to fill.
- Swizzle again until glass frosts.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and the spent lime shell.
Notes
The Noa Noa is Beachbum Berry's take on the Queen's Park Swizzle, a 1920s specialty of the Queen's Park Hotel in Trinidad. It's deceptively simple, with a sharp profile that mellows nicely as the ice melts, letting the flavor of the mint come through.
Rum used: Hamilton 86.
