Material Components

  • 1 1/2 ounces orange juice
  • 1 1/2 ounces passion fruit purée
  • 1 1/2 ounces aged column still overproof rum
  • 1 1/2 ounces club soda
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

Vessel

Octopus mug or large snifter filled with crushed ice

Garnish

slice of papaya and an orchid

Preparation

  1. Mix everything in an Octopus mug
  2. Garnish with a slice of papaya and an orchid.
