Pago Pago Cocktail
Material Components
- 3 chunks fresh pineapple
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce green Chartreuse
- 1/4 ounce white créme de cacao
- 1 1/2 ounces aged column still rum

Preparation
- Place pinapple, lime juice, Chartreuse, and cacao in a cocktail shaker.
- Muddle thoroughly.
- Add rum and ice cubes.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a chilled champagne coupe.
