Pago Pago Cocktail

Material Components

  • 3 chunks fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce green Chartreuse
  • 1/4 ounce white créme de cacao
  • 1 1/2 ounces aged column still rum

Preparation

  1. Place pinapple, lime juice, Chartreuse, and cacao in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Muddle thoroughly.
  3. Add rum and ice cubes.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Strain into a chilled champagne coupe.
