- 1 ounce orange juice
- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- 3/4 ounce white grapefruit juice
- 3/4 ounce honey mix
- 1 ounce aged pot still rum
- 1 dash Angostura bitters

Preparation
- Shake well with plenty of crushed ice.
- Pour unstrained into a pilsner glass.
Notes
Plantation Xaymaca makes another appearance here and works nicely. If I were to change anything for next time, it would be to bump the rum up to 1.5 or 2 ounces.
