Material Components
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce orange juice
- 1 ounce coconut cream
- 2 1/2 ounces aged pot still rum
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Vessel
Collins glass or Tiki mug
Garnish
pineapple stick, cinnamon stick, and orange wheel
Preparation
- Shake juices, coconut cream, and rum with plenty of crushed ice.
- Pour unstrained into a Collins glass or Tiki mug.
- Dust with cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Garnish with a pineapple stick, cinnamon stick, and orange wheel.
Notes
A delicious blend of coconut, pineapple, and nutmeg. Take two and call off work in the morning.
This drink works well with Smith & Cross or Plantation Xaymaca, but I also really like it with a nice blended rum, like The Rum Cooperative (Volume 1) from Bully Boy Distillers.
