Material Components

  • 1 ounce orange juice
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce falernum
  • 1/4 ounce Cherry Heering
  • 1 ounce lightly aged column still rum

Preparation

  1. Shake well with crushed ice.
  2. Pour unstrained into a tall glass.
  3. If necessary, add more ice to fill.
  4. Garnish with a cocktail cherry speared to a thin apple wedge.
  5. Top with a sprig of fresh mint.
