Material Components

  • 1 ounce orange juice
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce honey mix
  • 1/4 ounce falernum
  • 1 ounce seltzer
  • 1 ounce lightly aged pot still rum
  • 1 ounce lightly aged column still rum
  • 1/2 ounce aged blended rum
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger syrup
  • 4 ounces crushed ice

Garnish

several mint sprigs

Preparation

  1. Put everything in a blender.
  2. Blend at high speed for five seconds.
  3. Pour unstrained into a double old fashioned glass.
  4. Garnish with several mint sprigs, julep-style.
