Rangoon Gimlet

Material Components

  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 2 ounces sugar syrup
  • 3 ounces gin or vodka
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 16 ounces crushed ice

Serves 2

Preparation

  1. Put everything in a blender.
  2. Blend at high speed for 20 seconds, or until frappéd.
  3. Pour unstrained into two cocktail glasses, piling up the frozen mixture as you go.
  4. Garnish with a green cocktail cherry.
