Material Components

  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce parfait amour
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar syrup
  • 1 1/2 ounces lightly aged column still rum
  • 4 ounces crushed ice

Preparation

  1. Put everything into a blender.
  2. Blend at high speed for five seconds.
  3. Strain through a fine-mesh wire sieve into a chilled coupe.
