Rum Keg

Material Components

  • 4 ounces fresh lemon juice
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce apricot brandy
  • 1 ounce passion fruit syrup
  • 1 ounce sugar syrup
  • 1 ounce aged pot still rum
  • 5 ounces lightly aged column still rum
  • 16 ounces crushed ice

Serves 2-4

rum keg or individual barrel mugs

Preparation

  1. Put everything in a blender.
  2. Blend for up to 20 seconds.
  3. Pour unstrained into a communal rum keg or into individual barrel mugs.
  4. Add ice cubes to fill.
