  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 3/4 ounce macadamia nut liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce lightly aged column still rum
  • 1/2 ounce aged column still rum

Preparation

  1. Shake with ice cubes.
  2. Strain into cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a pineapple chunk separed to a green cocktail cherry.

Notes

A sort of macadamia nut daiquiri, this contemporary cocktail holds its own among the Tiki greats.

One of my-all time favorites. This is a nice cocktail to have when you want to take things easy. Since it doesn't have a whole lot of rum, I try to use something that holds up, like Denizen Aged White Rum.
