Material Components

  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce orange Curaçao
  • 1 ounce Demerara sugar syrup
  • 1 ounce aged column still overproof rum
  • 1/2 ounce black blended overproof rum
  • 10 ounces crushed ice

Preparation

  1. Put everything in a blender.
  2. Blend for about five seconds.
  3. Pour unstrained into a large snifter or Tiki vessel.
