Material Components

  • 3 ounces pineapple juice
  • 3/4 ounce Licor 43
  • 3/4 ounce blue Curaçao
  • 3/4 ounce lime cordial
  • 2 1/4 ounces vodka
  • 8 ounces crushed ice

Preparation

  1. Put everything in a blender.
  2. Blend for up to 30 seconds.
  3. Pour unstrained into a tulip glass, adding more crushed ice to fill.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple chunk speared to a cocktail cherry, and a mint sprig.

Notes

Is 2022 the best? No. But it gets better and better with each sip of this blue blender concoction!
