Tiki Teetotaler
Material Components
- 3 ounces pineapple juice
- 3/4 ounce grenadine
- 1 teaspoon heavy cream
- 1 ounce club soda
- 3 ounces crushed ice
Vessel
tall glass
Garnish
paper parasol and a pineapple wedge
Preparation
- Put everything—except soda—in a blender.
- Blend for ten seconds.
- Stir in soda.
- Pour into a tall glass packed with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a paper parasol stuck to a pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass.
Notes
Temperance never tasted so good! If they'd had these during Prohibition, the noble experiment might have been a bit easier to swallow.
