Trade Wind Cocktail

Material Components

  • 1 1/2 ounces fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce orange Curaçao
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar syrup
  • 1 1/4 ounces gin
  • 1 egg white

Vessel

parfait stem glass or champagne flute

Garnish

ice shell

Preparation

  1. Shake like hell with plenty of ice cubes.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
