Trader Vic Grog
Material Components
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 ounce passion fruit syrup
- 1 ounce aged pot still rum
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
Vessel
Tulip glass
Garnish
Mint sprig
Preparation
- Shake well with plenty of ice.
- Pour unstrained into a tulip glass.

This Trader Vic version of Donn Beach's classic is sure to put the wind in your sails.
This was my first time around with Coruba, and for the money it's not half bad. Next time though I think I'll stick with Smith & Cross, since the extra punch would help to balance the drink against Vic's trademark lemon/passion fruit combo.
