Material Components
- 4 ounces fresh lemon juice
- 3 ounces coconut cream
- 3 ounces apricot brandy
- 3 ounces lightly aged column still rum
- 3 ounces aged pot still rum
Serves 2-4

Preparation
- Put everything in a blender.
- Fill blender with ice cubes.
- Blend until slushy.

Rums used: Bacardi 1909 Superior Heritage and the last of my Plantation Xaymaca (not counting the bit I drank directly from the bottle).
