Material Components

  • 4 ounces fresh lemon juice
  • 3 ounces coconut cream
  • 3 ounces apricot brandy
  • 3 ounces lightly aged column still rum
  • 3 ounces aged pot still rum

Serves 2-4

Preparation

  1. Put everything in a blender.
  2. Fill blender with ice cubes.
  3. Blend until slushy.

Let easterly trade winds carry you west, to exotic lands and potent potions!

Rums used: Bacardi 1909 Superior Heritage and the last of my Plantation Xaymaca (not counting the bit I drank directly from the bottle).
